Goals
A goal is a standing prompt Ntwine sends a thread for you.
A goal is a prompt Ntwine sends to a thread on your behalf: every time the agent comes to rest, on a clock you set in minutes, or both. It's useful for something like "keep going until the test suite is green", so you don't have to keep asking.

A goal on a clock reaches the agent even mid-turn, at its next step, without cutting off what it's doing. That means it can nudge a thread that never stops.
Bounded
A goal can stop itself after a number of sends, after a span of time, or whichever comes first. "Check back every 20 minutes for the next two hours" ends on its own.
Turning it off
You can switch a goal off from the thread's Goal control whenever you like. The agent can also say it's finished, which ends the goal.
Goals, schedules and snoozes
| Runs in | Fires | |
|---|---|---|
| Goal | the same thread | at every rest, on a clock, or both |
| Snooze | the same thread, once | at a time you pick |
| Schedule | a fresh thread each time | on a calendar |
